Delivery
Shipping is calculated at checkout from your delivery address and the total weight of your order. All prices include GST. We deliver within Australia only and cannot deliver to PO Boxes. Enter your postcode on a product page or in the cart to estimate shipping.
Small orders (up to 20kg, no tiles or bulky items)

Standard delivery is free on small orders over A$1,200.
Bulky orders (tiles, toilets, vanities, basins and sinks, mirrors, strip drains, or over 20kg)
The whole order is delivered kerbside on a pallet by our freight partner and unloaded by tail-lift truck or forklift, strapped and wrapped for protection. Goods are not carried inside. Bulky orders use standard delivery only.

Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days. If delivery to a remote area costs more than shown above, we will contact you before dispatch. Samples take about 5–7 business days.
